Tips for a Healthier Summer

Summer is just starting now and surely each one of us wants to enjoy it to the full.
So here are some tips and tricks to enjoy the summer to the full ...
  1. Drink a lot of water... Yes it Cools you from inside and when you are cool from inside you would feel better from outside as well. Although there is a theory that drinking more water will produce more sweat ... But its a fact, The sweat is actually to keep you healthy. It would keep the mineral level in the body to a normal condition and hence there would be less harmful chemicals produced in the body.
  2. Wear loose, full and cotton made cloths. Loose clothes in summer lets you feel comfortable, full clothes avoid sun burns and cotton is a light thread which gives air enough space to flow through your clothes. This way over all your body would be comfortable through out the day.
  3.  Eat More fruits and Salads ... Instead of meaty and heavy diets try to use fresh fruits, salads and vegetables in summer. Why? Simply Because they contain more water in them... e.g. Cucumber contains 90+ %age of water in it. So using fresh eatables would enable you too feel fresh and active through out the day ... 
  4. Go outdoors for activities and exercises... Hiking, cycling, cricket, football, beach basket ball are the activities that should be done during summer they would enable your to face the environment and adjust your body to feel comfortable... 
  5. Wear Sun glasses, hats and other accessories that can keep sunlight away from you while your are out side... especially taking care of the eyes is necessary and for this black or brown sun glasses are the best solution ... use them and feel comfortable... 
  6. Loose weight so that you don't have to carry the burden with you always ... exercise, jog, join a gym or go to a park in routine so that you may loose some weight and you would feel more comfortable in hot season... An international study has shown the fat people are more uncomfortable in summer than the normal once...
  7. Sleep very well and in an area where cool air is reaching you. It will increase your stamina, balance your metabolism and effect your respiration system to stay strong in summer...
